Sun bathing, lack of sleep and frequent travel all have severe adverse effects on the skin. Not to mention drinking, smoking or illegal drugs if you do those too. Sunlight contains harmful radiation, lack of sleep causes repairs to be skipped and frequent travel causes harmful levels of dehydration. Together they all put stress of the skin’s cellular matrix which will likely show early signs of skin damage and aging skin. Our goal in this programme is to correct the underlying damage before it becomes visible.
